The kitchen

We haven't talked much about the kitchen and I think that is because it's such a small space. It is though,  a very very important part of this restaurant. It is the focal point. The reason for being here. It's where myself and my cook will standing and cooking in site of everyone that walks through our door. The kitchen was already in place when we took over the space. This is one of the reasons why we choose this space. It saved us a lot of money. The hood and gas lines were already good to go, so we just had to remodel it and clean it up. Here are some before and after pictures of the kitchen space. enjoy
